WhoSubscribed is designed for founders, operators, and finance leads who run one or more businesses and need visibility into software spend across cards, companies, and teammates - without adopting a bloated finance suite.
How long does setup take?
Most users are fully set up in under 5 minutes. You can connect your accounts, import existing subscriptions, and start tracking right away with no complex onboarding required.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
Billing & Trial
Is there a free trial?
Yes - the 7-day free trial is available exclusively on the Pro plan. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial period, and you can cancel any time before it ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
At the end of your 7-day trial, your card will be automatically charged for the Pro plan. Payments are processed securely through Polar. You'll receive a reminder before the charge so you have time to cancel if needed.
Can I start multiple trials?
No. The free trial is intended for new users evaluating WhoSubscribed for the first time. Payments are handled by Polar, which has trial abuse detection in place. If repeated trial attempts are detected across accounts, you may no longer be eligible for a trial period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate WhoSubscribed before committing. Once a billing cycle has been charged after your trial ends, we do not offer refunds. We encourage you to make full use of the trial period before subscribing.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after cancellation.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
